Hey Margaret, More good news!! I have been just floating on a cloud since Saturday. The downloads were so powerful. So, I told you how I have that job interview that I'm very excited about this coming Friday, and how my boss gave me a paid day off Saturday, well here's the kicker... about a week ago I showed my boss a video of the singer SarahBrightman , I really enjoy her music and around that same time I had written down a personal list of things I wanted to do in my senior year of college. Things have been so great lately, since opening up to my guides and channeling, I have seen such amazing changes in my life.

On the Thetahealing love downloads: Since working with Thetahealing my spiritual sight has improved much, and while we were doing the love downloads I was worked on by a "love doctor" he was absolutely hilarious he had a pink light that he was putting all over me and he was also wearing a reflecting mirror just like a doctor. He had a very lite and playful energy. He also told me that "love is [supposed to be] light(lite)" his phrase had a double meaning which I picked up intuitively. My biggest "Thank You" to you is for the release of past vows & oaths. I have been very aware of "something" that was holding me back or blocking my true potential for healing. This section of the class was Exactly what I was look for. I have also been aware that I held back my energy. I had no idea why I had the feeling to do so. I have been working at a bird sanctuary in Florida with about 40 birds. It would seem like I had to stretch out my energy like a thin vail to get them all in. I felt the release of these fears most profoundly with your class. Most of the class I had a very physical presence of my heart chakra. It's hard to describe. I've had this feeling several times before in deep meditation or when I'm receiving strong healings or teachings. I wasn't able to finish the #2 healing class, I got to 'Mastering" and had to stop. What are free radicals?

Free radicals are atoms or molecules with unpaired electrons. Once formed, these highly reactive radicals may cause damage to cells, organelles, and DNA.

It is impossible to completely avoid damage from free radicals. Free radicals arise from sources both inside (endogenous) and outside (exogenous) our bodies. Oxidants that develop from processes within our bodies form as a result of normal breathing, metabolism, and inflammation. Exogenous free radicals form from environmental factors such as pollution, sunlight, strenuous exercise, smoking, and alcohol. Unfortunately, no antioxidant system is perfect, so cells and DNA damaged by oxidation accumulate as we age.

Antioxidants are molecules that can safely interact with free radicals and terminate their reactive behavior before vital cellular components are harmed. The body cannot manufacture many antioxidants (including micronutrients like vitamin C), so they must be supplied by the diet.

Although there are several enzyme systems within the body that scavenge free radicals, the principle micronutrient (vitamin/mineral) antioxidants are vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin C, and selenium.

Healing Classes And Teleconferences Chicago

Hello everyone!

I have been researching ways to achieve my goals to have ongoing healing classes. After reading your responses to my questionnaire regarding your available times, I found that everyone meeting in person on a regular basis was impossible.

My intention is to get a strong momentum going and really build and expand the healing energy as a whole.
